Joining the line-up by popular demand. We’ve applied our own technique for this beer. Starting with a base of equal parts Marris Otter & Pale malts then adding Munich. Crystal 60 & Aromatic to bring character to the malt bill. Foregoing hops additions during boil, we hopped this Double India Pale Ale with Mosaic during whirlpool and added Mosaic and Centennial hops schedule we dry hopped with Mosaic and Lemon Drop hops then Zythos, Antanum & Chinook prior to carbonating. The result, is this clean mouthfeel with slight notes of pinapple and overall a softer bitterness.
ENGLISH PALE ALE
This flavorful English Style Pale Ale Malt bill is a balance of Marris Otter, Aromatic, and Caramel Malts. Adding a hint of bitterness from Willamette hops and roundness from Golding hops the result is a smooth yet crisp ale.
IRISH STYLE RED ALE
This is a classic version of the Irish-Style Red Ale with low hop bitterness and a moderate malt aroma. An approchable mouthfeel and slightly roasted dry finish makes this an easy drinking beer.
KEY LIME GOSE
The MVP in our line-up! This Key Lime Gose was designed with the goal of enticing Margarita lovers into beer lovers. We reverse engineered this recipe to break down the elements of a Margarita and highlight those flavor characteristics. We crafted this beer by using Key Lime puree, Sea Salt and local grains from Blue Ox Malthouse.
nuChampagne Lager was discovered during an experiment with our flagship Lager. Using the base recipe and altering it after fermentation with champagne yeast, then adding Mosaic hops, a champion was born. The result is a dry lager with a tropical profile.
While evolving our vision for the new American Light Lager, we needed refine our pitch. What better way than to learn from an expert! After reading the book “Pitch Anything”, our CEO Russell traveled from Maine to California to learn from the best. The author, Oren, is an IPA fan, so we designed this IPA recipe for him. Oren IPA is made with a blend of Mosaic & Centennial hops throughout the brewing and dry hopping process.

SALTED CARAMEL LAGER
This truly unique beer is a result of experimenting with Lagers. The grain bill starts with Coffee Malts & Caramel Malts which are enhanced with Smoked Sea Salt at finish to achieve the Salted Caramel flavor profile.
This Vanilla-Coffee Stout was created after we called upon our good friend Dave Noel from the Brewster House in Freeport. Dave has created some award winners in this style and we wanted to collaborate with him to highlight the characteristics he emphasizes with this style. We created this Vanilla-Coffee Stout with vanilla paste and dark malts to achieve the Vanilla-Coffee profile.

Crafted with select premium malts and a light caramel malt, this beer was designed for light lager drinkers who enjoy beer with a refreshing flavor.
